To establish and expand the impact of Man Up (and its ministry brand, Patros) across Ohio by driving awareness, cultivating strategic partnerships, and securing financial and relational support to end the cycle of generational fatherlessness. Reports to:

Strategic Engagement

Build and execute a regional strategy to establish Man Up (Patros) as the premier thought leader in men’s discipleship and ending fatherlessness Serve as the primary brand ambassador for Man Up (Patros) in Ohio Identify and cultivate relationships with high-capacity leaders across business, church, non-profit, and governmental sectors who can champion, fund, and expand the mission Represent Man Up (Patros) at relevant events, conferences, churches, civic meetings, and government roundtables Ensure strategic partnerships and philanthropic support aligns with organizational objectives, mission, vision, and values Leverage existing personal and organizational networks to open doors with churches, business leaders, non-profits, foundations, and government stakeholders Identify and collaborate with other like-minded entities to gain traction with policymakers and donors Research and identify prospective donors and target markets Lead local fundraising efforts in collaboration with Man Up’s National Development Team Inspire and secure philanthropic giving and increased gift size among new, current, under-cultivated, and high net-worth donors and prospects Plan and implement donor/supporter related programs, activities, and events to identify, cultivate, and solicit individual and corporate philanthropic giving Maintain consistent and purposeful communication with existing donors Ensure timely gift processing and donor acknowledgement Program Growth & Support

Launch, support, and grow Patros cohorts in targeted Ohio communities through strategic church partners Work with Man Up’s National Programming Team to develop clear and detailed understanding of all domestic and international programming, processes, and procedures to ensure efficient and effective implementation Assist in launching Ohio Fatherhood Program through the Ohio Commission on Fatherhood and other stakeholders Time Investment

Full-time, salaried position 12-month employee Travel required (less than 25%) Available weekends and evenings as needed Requirements

Active member of local, like-minded church Over five (5+) years’ experience in non-profit leadership, development, and/or public affairs Demonstrated ability to build high-level relationships with leaders across church, business, non-profit, and government sectors Demonstrated ability to procure private or public funding with measurable results Strong personal commitment to Jesus Christ and His mission to make disciples Bachelor’s Degree required Passion for men’s discipleship, biblical masculinity, fatherhood, and community transformation through the Great Commandment and Great Commission Commitment to vision, mission, and values of Man Up Familiarity with Ohio’s faith-based, political, and non-profit sectors (preferred) Prior experience with fatherhood initiatives, men’s discipleship, or church leadership (preferred) Compensation
