Were hiring for a Territory Business Manager (TBM) to deliver innovative diabetes solutions, drive sales growth within your territory, and align with a patient-first brand strategy. Responsibilities
Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual territory sales goals, driving prescription volume and market share while complying with company policies and FDA guidelines. Execute a strategic territory business plan with defined HCP call targets, account engagement activities, and pull-through initiatives resulting in increased adoption. Leverage territory data to identify growth opportunities and prioritize high-impact accounts aligned to business unit objectives. Deliver effective, compliant sales presentations translating clinical data into actionable solutions for HCPs, increasing patient starts and prescriber confidence. Maintain expert knowledge of Type 1 & Type 2 diabetes, treatment guidelines, and competitive landscape; communicate insights influencing HCP treatment decisions. Essential Requirements
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university 3+ years of Life Sciences industry selling experience 1-3 years of diabetes pharmaceutical sales experience or a clinical background in diabetes (e.g., PharmD, NP, CDE, RN) Valid drivers license and safe driving record Must live within territory boundaries Track record of documented sales growth Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience selling in a complex and competitive environment Pre-existing endocrinology relationships in the territory/geography Strong working knowledge of Type 1 & Type 2 diabetes, competition, and treatment guidelines Prior experience in the territory with established relationships with key HCPs; market familiarity The annual base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $110,000.
