The opportunity involves leading and delivering Oracle Applications and Technology projects, shaping user requirements, and guiding system integration across platforms. Your Key Responsibilities
Manage and deliver high-quality processes, solutions, or projects with a focus on quality, risk management, and continuous improvement. Innovate through research and benchmarking best practices; manage professional employees and supervisory responsibilities to meet performance objectives. Lead and participate in client sessions; manage workstreams from planning to execution. Ensure billability through chargeable work to external clients; travel as required by client engagements. Identify additional service opportunities to drive sales; lead specific RFP responses and manage engagement economics. Perform resource planning within budget constraints and oversee deliverable completion. Skills And Attributes For Success
Ability to work with client technology professionals and third-party alliances to implement technology solutions. Quality project execution with monitoring of economics, performance against plan and budget; adjust scope, timing, and resources as needed. Architect technology solutions focusing on data flow, data migration, and data integration for supply chain processes across multi-vendor landscapes. Develop people, delegate effectively, conduct performance reviews, and lead by example. Generate new business opportunities by understanding EY services and applying knowledge to client needs. Develop long-term relationships and networks internally and externally. Supervise a team through all phases of the technology lifecycle (requirements, architecture, conversion, testing). Interact with supply chain and technology executives; apply Agile methodologies; focus on application integration and quality assurance. Proficiency in software development and business requirements analysis; strong communication and client service skills; digital fluency and adaptability. To qualify for the role, you must have
4-year bachelor’s degree with 4–6 years of relevant experience. 4–6 years in SCM/ERP application implementations as a Technical Lead, Development Lead, or EAI lead; at least 2 years in a managerial/IT-business integration role. 2–3 full-cycle implementations of Oracle SCM Cloud and 3–4 Oracle EBS applications implementations (Order Management, Pricing, Inventory, PIM, Procurement, Manufacturing). 2–3 years hands-on experience with FBDI, OTBI, REST and SOAP. Proven track record with integration tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi or similar. Experience with Oracle methodologies (OUM or AIM). Strong written and verbal communication, client service and technical writing skills; interest in integrating enterprise processes with technology. Willingness to travel 60–80% of a work schedule.
