Oracle Services-Oracle Applications Technical Consultant - Manager Location: Anywhere in Country Base pay range: $142,600/yr - $261,500/yr What You Will Do
Manage and deliver high‑quality processes, solutions, or projects with a focus on quality, risk management, and continuous improvement. Lead workstreams with strategic oversight and ensure project status and deliverables are on track. Participate in client sessions, drive planning to execution, and identify additional service opportunities to drive sales. Lead specific RFP responses and manage engagement economics; perform resource planning within budget constraints. Travel as required by client engagements. Key Responsibilities
Ensure billability through chargeable work to external clients. Acquire and apply best practices; mentor and supervise professionals to meet performance objectives. Architect technology solutions focusing on data flow, data migration, and data integration to support supply chain processes across multi‑vendor landscapes. Interact with supply chain and technology executives; use agile methodologies and ensure application integration quality assurance. Qualifications
A 4-year bachelor's degree required; 4–6 years of relevant experience. 4–6 years of experience with SCM/ERP application implementations in roles such as Technical Lead, Application Development Lead, or Enterprise Application Integration lead; at least 2 years in a managerial/IT‑business integration role. 2–3 full life cycle implementations of Oracle SCM Cloud and 3–4 Oracle EBS applications implementations (Order Management, Pricing, Inventory, PIM, Procurement, Manufacturing). 2–3 years hands-on experience with FBDI, OTBI, REST and SOAP. Proven experience with integration tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi or equivalent; familiarity with Oracle methodologies (OUM or AIM). Strong written and verbal communication, client service and technical writing skills; ability to develop enterprise processes with technology. Willingness to travel 60–80% of a work schedule. Degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, Mathematics, or related field (MBA/MS preferred). Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities; excellent leadership and communication skills. Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. What We Look For
