Oracle Services-Oracle Applications Technical Consultant - Manager role at EY. EY’s Oracle Services practice assists in planning, pursuing, delivering and managing large, complex full lifecycle application implementations using Oracle SaaS and PaaS applications. Managing and delivering high-quality processes, solutions, or projects with a focus on quality, risk management, and continuous improvement. Innovating through research and benchmarking best practices while managing professional employees and supervisory responsibilities to meet performance objectives. Ensuring billability through chargeable work to external clients. Leading workstream delivery with strategic oversight and actively participating in client sessions from planning to execution. Traveling as required by client engagements. Identifying additional service opportunities to drive sales. Leading specific RFP responses and managing engagement economics. Executing resource planning within budget constraints. Skills And Attributes For Success
Experience working with client technology professionals and/or third-party strategic alliances to implement technology solutions. Quality project execution and delivery with the ability to monitor project economics, performance against plan and budget, and adjust scope, timing, and resources as needed. Architect technology solutions focusing on data flow, data migration, and data integration across multi-vendor landscapes. People development through delegation, performance feedback, and training; lead by example. Ability to develop new business opportunities and build long-term relationships, internally and externally. Experience supervising a team through all phases of the technology lifecycle, including requirements definition, architecture design, conversion, and testing. Effective communication with supply chain and technology executives; familiarity with Agile methodologies; application integration and quality assurance. Proficiency in software development and technology business requirements analysis; strong written and verbal communication and client service skills. Digital fluency and emotional agility. Qualifications
A 4-year bachelor’s degree with 4-6 years of relevant experience. 4-6 years experience in SCM / ERP application implementations as a Technical Lead or similar role, with at least 2 years in a managerial/IT integration capacity. 2-3 full cycle implementations of Oracle SCM Cloud and 3-4 Oracle EBS Applications implementations (Order Management, Pricing, Inventory, PIM, Procurement, Manufacturing). 2-3 years hands-on experience with FBDI, OTBI, REST and SOAP. Proven experience with integration tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi or other leading platforms to architect integrations with Oracle Cloud Applications. Familiarity with Oracle methodologies (OUM or AIM). Strong communication, presentation, and client-service skills; ability to align enterprise processes with technology solutions. Willingness to travel 60-80% of a work schedule. Ideally, You’ll Also Have
