What we offer
Competitive compensation (salary range $80,000-$90,000)
Student loan repayment assistance/refinancing: Receive $3,000 annually through GRADIFI and consolidate loans at a competitive rate

Must Haves
Active BCBA Certification
Carrying a caseload to meet set billable services
1 year clinical experience including client program development across skill levels, and service delivery settings
Managing a caseload and supervising a clinical team to meet clinical quality standards
Monitoring client progress, ongoing assessment, parent training, and data-driven treatment plan adjustments
Providing ongoing feedback to the Clinical Care Team regarding supervision and treatment development
Conducting comprehensive assessments to determine client needs and develop tailored ABA programs
Completing reports for behavioral health treatment plans for the caseload
Participation in team meetings, trainings, and continual education
