Work with a large, collaborative culinary unit executing French fare with high-quality ingredients and integrity. Collaborate with team to deliver consistent quality and presentation. Assist in leading a kitchen team and supporting daily operations in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience in high-volume, fast-paced, culinarily driven kitchens Prior experience training and leading a large hourly culinary team Passion for training and development of others Attention to details of food quality, preparation, and presentation Flexible and adaptive to rapidly changing priorities and work demands Strong written and computer skills Environment and equal opportunity
