This role offers a unique opportunity to lead transformative initiatives that redefine how technology, innovation, and strategic partnerships drive sustainable progress. You’ll be at the forefront of Siemens’ efforts to respond to industry disruptions, foster collaboration across global teams, and unlock new business models that power the next generation of AI and infrastructure.

This position will be remote based in the United States near any major airport.

You’ll make an impact by:

Facilitating key strategic partnership with critical to industry success partners (i.e. Nvidia, AMD, HPE)

Serve as the program lead to guide a pan-Siemens initiative that is assessing the magnitude of disruptions triggered by the data center industry and reacting with innovation in products, software, and services

Facilitate collaboration across Siemens in the arena of AI Factories including business model definition, technology definition, and partnering agreements to address key business and technology gaps

Align Siemens data center roadmaps against key technology disruptions to ensure proper product placement and fit

Identify and support in the business unit sponsorship of newly created portfolio lines (looking across Siemens)

Work closely with strategy team, assess and create new inorganic opportunities across a range of business model strategies

Basic Qualifications

10+ years of experience in technology strategy or product management

Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and driving strategic partnerships

Experience in management of technology including product definition, business model creation, generation of new intellectual property

Demonstrated ability to create clear product definition and orchestrate change in business process to facilitate growth

Legally authorized to work in the US without the need for sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

Deep understanding of data center technologies, high power computing, power distribution, AI infrastructure, and emerging trends in digital transformation.

Track record of driving strategic partnerships with major tech companies (e.g., Nvidia, AMD, HPE).

Experience in business model innovation, including inorganic growth strategies (e.g., M&A, partnerships, venture investments).

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex technology trends into actionable business strategies.

Familiarity with Siemens’ portfolio or similar industrial technology ecosystems.

The pay range

for this position is $149,730.00 - $256,680 annually with a target incentive of 25% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
