About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced
Enterprise Sales Specialist
who understands the inner workings of the title ecosystem — from underwriting and agency operations to lender compliance and brokerage workflows. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has deep B2B SaaS or proptech sales experience, and already has strong relationships with decision-makers across the title and lending industries. You’ll be responsible for driving adoption of Titl’s products across a range of enterprise partners, including title insurance underwriters, large title agencies, direct lenders, and real estate brokerages. Responsibilities
Own the full enterprise sales cycle from lead generation to close Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at title agencies, underwriters, lenders, and brokerages Present and demo the Titl platform to prospective clients with clarity and confidence Identify customer needs and tailor proposals that demonstrate ROI, workflow improvements, and compliance advantages Manage a healthy sales pipeline, track progress in our CRM, and forecast deals accurately Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine messaging, feedback loops, and GTM strategies Attend key industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent Titl and expand our footprint Stay up to date on title industry trends, regulatory shifts, and the evolving tech landscape in real estate Requirements
3–7+ years in B2B enterprise sales, with at least 2 years in title, escrow, or real estate tech Strong understanding of title insurance workflows and players (underwriters, agents, lenders, brokers) Proven track record of closing high-value SaaS or enterprise contracts Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to navigate complex deal cycles and multiple stakeholder environments Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot or Salesforce) and modern sales tools Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to operate in ambiguity Nice to Have
Existing network in the title or real estate vertical Experience working in or with a startup Exposure to AI, blockchain, or data-driven real estate platforms Experience selling to compliance, operations, or IT decision-makers Competitive base salary + commission Equity options Flexible work environment Opportunity to join a fast-growing proptech startup redefining a multi-billion-dollar industry Seniority level
