A respected insurance brokerage with over 100 years in central NJ is seeking a seasoned commercial insurance leader to head its high-performing commercial lines team. This is a strategic leadership role focused on operational excellence, team development, and client service delivery across a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts. This position offers a hybrid schedule after 90 days and reports directly to the COO.
