About the Company We are looking for a Senior Product Manager for a major OEM, to drive the portfolio direction and roadmap for the vehicle platform. This role spans base software, core platform services, and body domain applications, bridging engineering and business teams to deliver scalable and robust platforms that accelerate development across the organization. About the Role

Establish and own the vision and priorities for products within your domain Develop, maintain, and communicate a prioritized roadmap for base software, core services, and body domain applications Lead product discovery and MVP scoping; manage backlog and ensure alignment with business needs Collaborate with stakeholders to define OKRs, product themes, and features Build business cases for new features, technology, and investments Set product priorities and timelines, analyze trade-offs, and ensure data-driven requirements Partner with engineering teams to refine features with business value and acceptance criteria Coordinate dependencies with other product managers across the Software Organization Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and influencers Present roadmap status, product updates, and business impact to technical and executive leaders Continuously research industry trends, technologies, and customer feedback to evolve the platform Basic Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent Minimum 8 years of relevant technical experience, including 2+ years in technical/product leadership Experience with vehicle hardware/software development and successful product launches Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with architects, designers, developers, and business teams Strong communication, technical writing, and presentation skills Ability to engage both technical and executive audiences Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Electrical, Computer, or IT-related field 3+ years as Product Manager of embedded software/hardware products Automotive product management background (E/E architecture, software architecture, electronics) Experience with AUTOSAR (Classic & Adaptive), QNX, Linux, and service-oriented architectures Familiarity with CAN, LIN, Ethernet, UDS, SOME/IP protocols Exposure to cybersecurity and functional safety concepts (ISO 26262, ISO/SAE 21434) Knowledge of ADAS, Cockpit, IoT, streaming, or edge computing technologies Software development background in C/C++, Java, Python, or similar Next steps Apply now, and get considered for this and other projects on the Hashlist platform.
