Essential Functions Align with Kirby Smith's vision and values: One Mission, One Team, One Plan, One Goal Understand marketing and finance programs; prepare quotations highlighting features, benefits, and financing options Maintain excellent product knowledge through training and self-study Develop interpersonal and sales skills continuously Build and maintain customer relationships; identify customer needs and solutions Stay informed about competitors products, finance, and marketing programs Serve as liaison between Kirby-Smith Machinery and customers Follow up to ensure accuracy and timeliness of sales and rental transactions Complete all paperwork accurately and promptly Conduct transactions ethically and professionally Identify and develop new customer prospects within the territory Report territory status and changes to management Perform other duties as assigned Maintain consistent and reliable attendance Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred At least 3 years of construction equipment sales experience Excellent interpersonal skills; adaptable to changing priorities and customer needs Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and web applications Physical Requirements Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to squat, twist, bend, reach, and climb Work in extreme weather conditions and tolerate exposure to noise, hazardous materials, and fumes Work extended hours as needed Adhere to PPE policies and maintain PPE This is a safety-sensitive position.
