Mid-Sized Manhattan law firm of approximately 125 attorneys with a growing Employment Practice Group is seeking to add a mid to senior-level associate or Counsel to its L&E practice. The right candidate has 3-8 years of management-side employment law experience involving litigation and counseling work, including court appearances, mediations/arbitrations, and drafting employee handbooks. Responsibilities
Engage in management-side employment law matters, including litigation and counseling. Attend court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations as appropriate. Draft and update employee handbooks and related employment policies. Provide client contact and mentorship opportunities under the guidance of senior L&E partners. Contribute to a meaningful path to equity within the firm. Qualifications
3-8 years of management-side employment law experience involving litigation and counseling. Experience with court appearances, mediations/arbitrations, and drafting employee handbooks. Strong client-contact skills and ability to work collaboratively within a growing practice group. Compensation & Schedule Base pay range: $175,000.00/yr - $325,000.00/yr Compensation type: Annual Bonus Hybrid work schedule; salary in the $175K-$275K or higher range. Employment Type & Location
