Position and Program Context The salary range for this position is as follows: Hourly: 28.30 – 41.24
Biweekly: 2,264.31 – 3,299.54
Monthly: 4,906.00 – 7,149.00
Annually: 58,872.00 – 85,788.00
The success of the FAMLI program mission depends on a well-designed, reliable, and accurate claims management system for time-off and claim benefit payments for those participating in the FAMLI program and seeking financial security. Product Owners/Analyst III roles include serving as subject matter expert on FAMLI benefits and claims systems, managing analytics requirements and backlogs, and acting as the primary voice of data for the claims and premiums management systems. Responsibilities include analyzing data from multiple stakeholders, recommending analysis approaches, metrics, and dashboards, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining roadmaps and workflows. You will act as the point of contact with development teams, own solutions, and communicate critical information. You will manage relationships with vendors (including Deloitte and future vendors), monitor performance, and negotiate delivery plans. You will participate in the analytics development lifecycle and collaborate with engineering teams to automate workflows and improve product quality and efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience Only: Six (6) years of relevant experience in data analytics, data visualization tools, SQL Query. OR Education and Experience: A combination of related education and/or relevant experience equal to six (6) years in data analytics, data visualization tools, SQL Query.
Preferred Qualifications
Tableau Desktop experience Snowflake familiarity Familiarity with SQL Data visualization experience

Technical Skills/Technical Systems: Possess specialized knowledge and expertise to perform tasks and use tools; understand impact of technological changes. Analytical/Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze and determine root causes, create solutions that benefit the business. Judgment and Decision Making: Ability to make decisions in ambiguous situations, push back on misaligned stakeholder input. Complex Problem Solving: Identify problems, evaluate options, and arrive at sound decisions with a solutions orientation. Driving Results: Meet organizational goals under time constraints and competing priorities. Integrity: Adhere to policies and values, ensure policies protect the organization’s integrity.
