Salary The salary range for this position is: $28.30 - $41.24 Hourly $2,264.31 - $3,299.54 Biweekly $4,906.00 - $7,149.00 Monthly $58,872.00 - $85,788.00 Annually

Position Details The success of the FAMLI program mission depends on a well-designed, reliable, and accurate claims management system for time-off and claim benefit payments for those participating in the FAMLI program and seeking financial security. Product Owners/Analyst III roles serve as subject matter experts on FAMLI benefits and claims systems, including applicable policies and rules, operations areas and processes, and industry standards and customer expectations. Responsibilities include managing analytics requirements and backlogs, acting as a primary ‘voice of the data’ for the claims and premiums management systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop consensus during sprints and sprint cycles. Act as point of contact with development teams, own solutions, and communicate critical information. Create and update operational products, roadmaps, workflows, structures and systems; maintain a log of work to be completed. Manage day-to-day relationships with vendors, monitor performance, and negotiate delivery plans. Participate in the analytics development lifecycle and collaborate with engineering teams to automate workflows, processes, and tools to improve quality and efficiency. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Experience Only: Six (6) years of relevant experience in data analytics, data visualization tools, SQL query, or related work. OR Education and Experience: A combination of related education and/or relevant experience equal to six (6) years in data analytics, data visualization tools, SQL query, or related work. Preferred Qualifications: Tableau Desktop experience Snowflake familiarity Familiarity with SQL Data visualization experience Required Competencies: Technical Skills/Technical Systems: Possess specialized knowledge and expertise required to perform tasks and use tools; understand impact of technological changes. Analytical/Critical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques to analyze and determine root causes and create solutions that benefit the business. Judgment and Decision Making: Ability to work in ambiguous circumstances and make decisions based on costs and benefits; push back on ideas that do not fit value stream objectives. Complex Problem Solving: Identify problems, evaluate options, and use sound reasoning to reach decisions; manage stakeholder interests. Driving Results: Ability to meet organizational goals and customer expectations under time constraints and competing priorities.
