As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you’ll represent our nonprofit and ethical brand partners at
community events and outreach campaigns . Your daily duties will include: Delivering
friendly, face-to-face customer service
to event attendees and community members
Representing nonprofit causes and mission-driven brands
with professionalism and integrity
Answering questions , resolving concerns, and sharing accurate campaign information
Assisting with
event setup, booth coordination , and customer interactions
Tracking and logging customer feedback, inquiries, and responses
Collaborating with your team to meet
event goals and service benchmarks
Supporting a positive, inclusive, and high-energy event environment
Who We're Looking For
No previous experience? No problem —
we provide full training ! This is an ideal role for individuals who are: Great communicators
and enjoy speaking with new people
Energetic, personable, and comfortable in
face-to-face environments
Reliable, punctual, and able to manage responsibilities independently
Team players with a
positive, can-do attitude
Eager to learn, grow, and develop professionally
18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
