We're seeking an
Entry Level Event Assistant
to join our growing team and help support the planning and execution of
live, face-to-face events
that connect communities with purpose-driven brands and nonprofit campaigns.
This is a
hands-on, entry-level opportunity
perfect for individuals who enjoy working with people, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to gain real-world experience in
event marketing and brand promotion . Key Responsibilities
Assist with the
setup, breakdown, and logistics
of local events and activations Represent clients and nonprofit partners at public-facing events Engage with event attendees, answer questions, and share key brand messaging Maintain a professional and energetic presence at all times Help manage event materials, signage, promotional gear, and outreach displays Work alongside the events team to
track attendance, gather feedback , and support campaign improvement efforts Contribute creative ideas for outreach and community engagement Who We're Looking For Outgoing and friendly with strong
people skills Highly dependable and detail-oriented Comfortable in
face-to-face public interactions Able to work flexible hours (including some weekends or evenings) Passionate about
events, marketing, nonprofits, or social causes Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S. No previous experience required -
