Job Summary
The Mortgage Loan Processor will assist Lenders with processing, approving, and closing all consumer purpose residential mortgage loans.
Essential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Reviews early disclosures for accuracy and ensures timing requirements are met Supports the mortgage loan originators by processing applications and all supporting documents in a timely and accurate manner Reviews file documentation to ensure all required items are requested Inputs loan information into mortgage origination system for processing Maintains a strong working knowledge of Secondary Market/Freddie Mac requirements as well as evolving mortgage regulatory requirements Submits all processed secondary market loans to underwriting for final approval and clears any underwriting conditions Processes all closing documents for mortgage originators Ensures all required documentation is included in final loan for booking Education, Experience and Qualifications
