Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Troubleshoot nonworking telephones and resolve software/hardware issues quickly. Set up and install software on new computer equipment (desktops, laptops, monitors, printers). Address PC connectivity problems and evaluate new software tools. Document troubleshooting tickets in Atera and maintain their status. Perform preventive maintenance and deploy new PCs. Write procedures for software/hardware installation. Maintain project status reports and inventory of software/hardware. Retrieve scanned images and obtain competitive hardware/software bids. Assist with Zoom issues and train new employees on network navigation. Manage toner inventory and explore efficient printer options. Required Skills and Attributes
Proficient with computer systems, applications, and Microsoft Office 365. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency and good time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Dependable with good attendance and able to work a flexible schedule. High School Diploma required; some college preferred. 5 years of computer repair/support experience. Understanding of Manufacturing or ERP Systems; Salesforce, Power BI, and/or Syteline 10 a plus.
