Construction Project Manager
to lead luxury custom home projects across Washington DC. From elegant single-family estates to upscale townhomes and boutique apartment residences, If youre passionate about delivering exceptional homes and thrive in a detail-driven, client-focused environment, we want to hear from you. What you'll need to succeed: 6+ years of experience managing luxury residential construction projectssingle-family homes, townhomes, or apartments. Strong background in high-end finishes, custom detailing, and working closely with architects, designers, and discerning clients. Ability to lead projects from pre-construction through final handover, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline goals are met. Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. Must live locally to Washington DCthis is a 5-day on-site role, with active jobsite presence required Bachelors degree in construction management or related field preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
