As such, every organization needs a Guardian for the public sphere.POSITION OVERVIEWWe are seeking a part-time or freelance remote Digital Marketing Specialist to support our agency and clients through both strategic planning and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will be:Full-funnel strategistResults-orientedHigh attention to detailTechnically fluentCreative and data-drivenThis role requires a high level of marketing expertise, self-direction and the ability to turn insights into action across content, paid ads, automation and analytics. This role also needs an understanding of faith-based organizations and the unique communications context they operate within. Youll thrive here if you enjoy moving between strategy and execution and helping a small team make a big impact.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and execute full-funnel digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation and conversions.Manage and optimize paid campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Google, Meta, Amazon, etc.).Own and operate MailChimp and HubSpot CRM: email marketing: build workflows, segment lists and report performance. Lead SEO, GEO and content strategy to increase ad and website performance.Monitor, analyze and report on website and advertising analytics using tools like GA4, HubSpot and platform-specific dashboards.Identify key insights and opportunities to improve conversion, UX and campaign ROI.Track and optimize campaign budgets to maximize ROI.Create social media content and manage calendar.Create or coordinate basic visual assets (Canva or similar).Write or edit ad copy, web content, case studies and more.Build webpages and make updates using Squarespace.Join client meetings to provide strategy updates or campaign recommendations.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and freelancers as needed.DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with proven success across multiple channels.Mastery of paid digital advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn ads, Meta, social media).Hands-on experience with HubSpot for CRM, email marketing and automation.Strong knowledge of SEO principles and web performance best practices.Deep understanding of web and ad analytics, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.Proficiency in AI applications and digital tools.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Track record of smart thinking, a great attitude and strong work ethic.Excellent communication and project management skills.Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a remote, part-time setup.Strong understanding of the faith-driven, non-profit sector.WHAT WE OFFERCompetitive compensation.Opportunities for personal and professional growth.A supportive, collaborative and excellence-driven work environment.The chance to make a significant impact in a faith-driven organization.Resume submissions should be accompanied by a cover letter and a portfolio or links to campaigns youve led or helped execute.
