Our Account Director position offers the opportunity to get in on the ground floor of our Fort Lauderdale operation and build a book of business with our leading privately held brokerage, where we have the same resources as national firms but the flexibility to tailor our solutions to meet our clients needs. Coming in as one of Hardens first producers in South Florida will provide you the chance to tap into an almost untouched market and have a hand in growing an already prosperous organization. B.A./B.S. Degree Florida Life, Health and Variable Annuity (2-15) license required 5 years business to business sales/new business development experience Strong natural persuasiveness mindset and negotiation skills Working knowledge of individual insurance, group health & welfare plans, retirement plans and regulatory compliance issues Knowledge of plan design techniques and financing methods Up-to-date technology skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint Self-starter and self-motivated Resilient and energetic Strong sense of urgency Risk taker by nature Empathetic with strong leadership skills Harden offers equity opportunities for defined leaders contributing to firm value.
