Personal Lines Customer Service Representative
Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join a growing team. This role involves servicing personal insurance accounts, including home, auto, and umbrella policies, while delivering exceptional customer support.
Compensation Package
Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) Responsibilities
Provide full-service support for personal insurance accounts, including quoting, renewals, and policy maintenance. Respond to customer inquiries, process policy changes, and assist with claims handling in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate account records using an agency management system. Collaborate with internal team members to ensure client satisfaction and continuity of service. Qualifications/Requirements
License:
Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license. Experience:
1-3 years of experience in personal lines insurance. Technical Skills:
Previous experience using agency management software preferred. Soft Skills:
High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to multitask and manage priorities Customer-focused with a solutions-oriented mindset Works well independently and in a team setting
