CX Solution Architect

Overview

Leadership role with TCS ESU (TSS) focused on proactive value creation and problem solving for stakeholders. This position involves industry-spanning experience across Technology/Hi Tech, Software, Professional Services, and MFG, with the initiative to cover additional domains.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end customer experience solutions leveraging CX platform capabilities (Sales, Service, CPQ, Experience Cloud, etc.).
• Lead the strategic design and implementation of CPQ solutions, with integration to SAP/Oracle where applicable.
• Engage in industry-specific go-to-market, consulting, and advisory work with customers to identify and solve business problems.
• Drive multiple transformation programs in Technology/Hi Tech, Software, Professional Services, and MFG with deep industry domain knowledge and awareness of trends.
• Articulate innovative concepts to CXOs and demonstrate thought leadership.
• Manage diverse teams and project stakeholders (customer, TCS management, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle CX) across multiple time zones.
• Foster an innovation mindset and collaborate with subject matter experts and account teams to deliver optimal CX solutions.

Qualifications

• Industry-led CX consulting with advisory and transformation experience.
• 5+ years of Salesforce ecosystem experience.
• At least 1 industry-domain experience in Technology/Hi Tech, Software, Professional Services, or MFG.
• Ability to manage CXOs and customer stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• CX-related certifications (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow).
• Ability to create new business opportunities across multiple industry domains.

• Salary range: $220,000 – $240,000 per year.
