Overview
CGS is seeking an experienced senior-level Information Technology Enterprise Architect to support the IT business mission of a large-scale government enterprise’s IT infrastructure. The ideal applicant should demonstrate knowledge and experience in organization processes and procedures specific to PMI, ITIL, CISSP, SDLC, Agile, ISSO, Six Sigma, and CMMI. The applicant will also be tasked with collecting information for strategic business mission planning and IT investment.
Base pay range
$126,186.67/yr - $171,253.34/yr

Responsibilities
- Support the IT business mission of a large-scale government enterprise’s IT infrastructure and collect information for strategic business mission planning and IT investment.
- Possess knowledge, experience, and abilities to broadly understand an organization’s technologies and work with organizational leaders.
- Demonstrate senior-level IT competency, exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills, and knowledge of PMI, ITIL, CISSP, SDLC, Agile, ISSO, Six Sigma, and CMMI.
- Utilize IT architecture frameworks (e.g., Zachman, TOGAF) to provide a holistic enterprise view for system owners, planners, designers, developers, and subcontractors within budget constraints.
- Apply technical engineering practices and recommendations from prior system integrations.
- Demonstrate capabilities in Windows Desktop applications, remote access, SQL Server, VMware, SAN storage, cloud services, and related technologies.
- Understand ITIL, project management (PMI), Agile, and change control processes.
- Communicate effectively and negotiate requirements with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority.
Qualifications
- Experience with VMware server and VDI, PKI, Windows Server versions (e.g., Windows Server 2003/2008R2), Cisco UCS, BroadWorks, Polycom, BlackBerry, iOS, Android, and related technologies.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent; ITIL and CISSP certifications are desirable.
- Strong understanding of EA frameworks (e.g., Zachman, TOGAF) and ability to articulate enterprise views to multiple audiences.
