We’re looking for a strategic, solutions-oriented, and creative Brand Manager to join our team and help bring the brand to life across every touchpoint. Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of brand campaigns, from brief to execution, ensuring a cohesive and elevated brand presence across all channels.
- Collaborate with creative teams on photoshoot and visual strategy to align with brand campaigns.
- Build seasonal and product-specific go-to-market strategies that drive awareness and engagement.
- Partner with Marketing, Creative, and Social teams to ensure 360° campaign integration.
- Support copywriting and creative ideation to bring brand stories to life across all touchpoints.
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimizations.
- Identify, pitch, and manage brand and talent partnerships that align with brand values and cultural positioning.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of collaborations, including outreach, negotiation, contracts, launch, and post-mortem analysis.
- Ensure partnerships are integrated seamlessly into broader brand and marketing efforts.
- Uphold and evolve the brand’s voice across all customer-facing touchpoints.
- Build messaging frameworks for campaigns, product launches, and cultural moments.
- Partner with internal and external teams to maintain consistency in tone and storytelling.
- Support influencer strategy and creator partnerships as part of broader brand activations.
- Partner with marketing, social, and PR teams to identify talent and ensure integration across key moments.
- Drive brand presence in community-facing initiatives including events, pop-ups, and activations.
- Collaborate with PR and experiential teams to craft compelling narratives for cultural milestones.
- Monitor social sentiment, campaign engagement, UGC, and consumer feedback to evaluate brand resonance.
- Track industry trends and cultural shifts to inform brand strategy and innovation.
- Deliver reporting on brand KPIs and campaign performance to stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team across brand, creative, and content functions.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture grounded in creativity and accountability.
- Provide feedback and growth opportunities to support team development.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Creative, Marketing, and Executive teams.
- Oversee resource allocation and internal workflows to ensure clarity, efficiency, and consistency.
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in brand marketing, partnerships, or brand strategy (DTC, fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or consumer goods preferred).
- 2–3 years of people management experience, including leading creative and marketing talent.
- Proven ability to lead multi-functional teams and deliver integrated brand campaigns.
- Strong understanding of branding, audience engagement, and customer lifecycle.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication, creative ideation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable navigating change.
