Base pay range

$200,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr

Role overview

We are seeking a Vice President of Marketing to accelerate our brand transformation and drive premium growth. This role will continue to lead our evolution from staffing services to AI transformation leadership, building on established foundations while scaling our growth engine. This is a remote role within the United States. This is a hands-on marketing leadership role in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution to deliver immediate impact and maximize ROI.

The successful candidate will develop long-term brand strategy, optimize conversion funnels, create compelling content, drive measurable pipeline growth, and support critical RFPs and client presentations that win transformational engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Brand Leadership: Drive continued brand transformation from staffing to premium AI-powered services positioning; develop and amplify thought leadership; lead internal communications and training to transform Sales and Delivery teams into brand ambassadors who can authentically tell services-focused transformation stories.
  • Growth Engine Optimization: Scale proven marketing programs to increase marketing-attributed sold revenue and generate MQLs with nurturing processes; drive year-over-year growth in digital presence across web, social, and community platforms with improved conversion rates through SEO, technical content, and targeted campaigns; enhance ABM strategies with data enrichment and messaging activation across client touchpoints.
  • Revenue Marketing Excellence: Collaborate with Services leadership to translate deeper value propositions and productization into campaigns; implement show-not-tell strategy; support Sales with repositioned capabilities, transformation-focused case studies, and competitive materials; enable client expansions and RFP successes through strategic positioning and client storytelling.
  • Employer Brand Development: Collaborate with People and Recruitment teams across the US, LATAM, and India to attract top-tier engineering and AI expertise; optimize the talent lifecycle by reducing time-to-hire, strengthening candidate pipelines, and increasing retention through employer branding, employee advocacy, and management of employer review platforms; support sales by highlighting talent credentials in client presentations and case studies.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years progressive marketing leadership experience, with 5+ years at VP level
  • Proven track record in B2B services marketing, preferably in technology consulting, digital transformation, or professional services
  • Experience in brand repositioning and premium market positioning
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling growth marketing engines with measurable ROI
  • Background in AI/technology services marketing preferred

Strategic Capabilities

  • Expertise in dual-track marketing strategy (brand building + sales activation)
  • Strong background in ABM, lead generation, and pipeline attribution
  • Proven ability to collaborate with Services/Product teams on value proposition development
  • Track record of successful employer branding and talent marketing

Analytical & Operational Skills

  • Data-driven marketing approach with advanced analytics capabilities
  • Experience with marketing technology stack optimization
  • Expertise in conversion rate optimization and funnel analytics

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Track record of building high-performing marketing organizations
  • Proven ability to manage global teams and agency partnerships
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with Sales, Services, and Operations teams
  • Strong presentation and executive communication skills

Success Metrics

  • Marketing-attributed sold revenue (influenced and generated)
  • Improved conversion rates across all funnel stages
  • Enhanced brand equity and premium market perception
  • Reduced time-to-hire and improved talent pipeline metrics

Pay Transparency & Benefits

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $200,000 - $250,000 per year. This role is also eligible for a performance-based incentive plan. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience. Full-time employees are eligible for benefits including medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid holidays, open paid time off, paid parental leave, 401(k) plan participation, life and disability insurance, mobile phone reimbursement and wellness reimbursement.
