Rock Town Distillery is seeking a dynamic and experienced
Bar & Events Manager
to lead our front-of-house operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing our bar team, creating seasonal cocktail menus, and planning both onsite and offsite events that reflect our craft spirit brand. The ideal candidate brings hospitality expertise, creative energy, and strong organizational skills to ensure memorable guest experiences and smooth day-to-day operations. Base pay range
$60,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr Additional compensation types

5+ years of experience in bar or hospitality management, preferably in a craft spirits, brewery, or tasting room environment. Strong cash handling and register reconciliation skills; experience with POS systems and tip pooling protocols. Proven ability to lead teams, manage schedules, and handle shift-level decision-making with professionalism. Strong cocktail knowledge and creative skills in menu development, inventory management, and vendor relations. Excellent organizational and communication abilities. Comfortable engaging with guests, vendors, and event clients in a friendly and professional manner. Ability to balance multiple priorities during high-volume seasons and special events. Problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred. Maintain shift logs, escalation notes, par sheets, and staff training materials. Oversee front-of-house payroll, including time tracking, tip reporting, and payroll submission. Analyze bar sales, prepare monthly reports, and lead staff meetings to review performance. Ensure open communication between FOH team, management, and ownership. Fulfill and ship online orders accurately and promptly. What Were Looking For
