Senior Director of Global Heinz Brand Strategy

Kraft Heinz . This role leads the Global Heinz brand strategy to establish an ambitious, unified brand vision and strategic plans that accelerate business growth worldwide. The role reports to the VP Global Heinz Brand and owns the long-term global brand vision, 1- and 3-year strategy, brand positioning, portfolio architecture, and standards for pack design identity, strategic partnerships, licensing, nutrition, and more. It also defines the brand’s category expansion approach and the big bet innovation and renovation agenda to create scaled impact globally. Responsibilities
Define and own the long-term Global brand ambition, positioning, and 1- and 3-year global brand strategy in support of local plan acceleration Partner with country-level leaders in key design markets to strengthen and scale the brand’s growth plans locally Identify future Global innovation and renovation big bets with Global Innovation and Insights teams; define repeatable models to embed big bets locally and drive scaled impact Establish core and expansion product portfolio guardrails (where to play, sequencing) alongside the brand’s nutrition philosophy Develop and execute consumer-led global Sponsorship/Partnership strategy to scale impact and value of brand agreements Define the role of the brand from a People/Planet perspective in partnership with Sustainability & cross-functional teams Expand and maintain global pack design architecture guidelines Set standards for brand Licensing/Merchandising guardrails Collaborate with local design markets to embed brand guidelines and ensure adherence to standards Leverage global data and insights to understand business context and drivers of performance; collaborate with zone partners to highlight actions needed Inspire and influence a connected community of +250 Heinz marketers via monthly Global brand townhalls Qualifications
15+ years' experience in FMCG marketing with strong expertise in brand strategy development, understanding commercial drivers, portfolio and category development Proven experience and passion for building iconic brands with clear ambition, positioning, and purpose Global or multimarket brand strategy experience is an asset Future-oriented strategic thinker who can chart the course in new markets/categories/products Very skilled in end-to-end innovation capabilities Strong center-of-excellence thinking and ability to build guidance for best-in-class standards Additional Skills
Exceptional leadership and ownership, influencing at all levels Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams Effective storyteller who translates complex insights into actionable strategies Curiosity and creative problem solving Driven, self-starter; comfortable in ambiguity and shifting priorities Location

Total rewards include a base salary, bonus eligibility, long-term incentives (LTI), and comprehensive benefits. New Hire Base Salary Range:
$214,400.00 – $268,000.00 Bonus:
Eligible for a performance-based bonus as per plan terms and governing documents. Long-Term Incentive (LTI):
Eligible for equity as part of total compensation. Benefits and Wellbeing:
