As the
Senior Manager; Global Heinz Brand Strategy , you will support charting the course for the future by developing strategic plans that enable the acceleration of business growth around the world. In this role, you will help define and own the brand’s 1 and 3-year strategy, the portfolio architecture, and you’ll set standards that guide the globe against pack design identity, strategic partnerships, licensing, nutrition and more. You will also be responsible for establishing the brand\'s category expansion approach and collaborate to define the ‘global bet’ innovation and renovation agenda for scaled impact around the world. This position reports directly into the Head of Brand Strategy for Global Heinz. Responsibilities
Help shape and define the long-term Global brand ambition & 1 and 3-year global brand strategy in service of local plan acceleration Partner with country-level leaders in key design markets to strengthen & scale the brand’s growth plans locally Identify future Global innovation and renovation opportunities in partnership with Global Innovation and Insights teams; define repeatable models to embed ‘global bets’ locally for impact at scale Develop core and expansion product portfolio guardrails and guide the brand’s nutrition philosophy Build and execute consumer-led global Sponsorship/Partnership strategy to enable scaled value for key markets Expand and maintain global pack design architecture guidelines Establish standards and governance for brand Licensing/Merchandising Collaborate with local design markets to embed brand guidelines and support delivery against standards Leverage global data and insights to understand business context and drivers of performance to highlight actions needed in collaboration with zone partners Share best practices and guidance with a global community of Heinz marketers via monthly Global brand townhalls Key Skills & Qualifications
8+ years\' experience in top-tier FMCG marketing, with strong expertise in brand strategy development, portfolio and category development Proven experience & passion behind building iconic brands with clear ambition, positioning and purpose Global or multi-market brand strategy experience is an asset Future-oriented strategic thinker who can chart the course in new markets/categories/product lines Skilled in end-to-end innovation capabilities Center of excellence thinking and guidance to set ‘best-in-class’ standards Advanced strategic thinking with ability to translate insights into actionable strategies Strong leadership, ownership, and influencing skills; collaboration across complex cross-functional teams Compensation & Benefits
New Hire Base Salary Range $137,400.00 - $171,700.00 Bonus
