Ability to perform Ultrasound guided invasive procedures.Description: The registered sonographer will work closely with providers, genetic counselors, medical assistants, nurses, and patient care representatives. The facility sees an average of 50-100 patients per day among multiple providers. Responsibilities will include performing various OB exams and a few GYN pelvic exams following procedures.The OB exams include First Trimester Viability, Nuchal Translucency, and various anatomical surveys. Other tasks include cervical length assessments, biophysical profiles, ultrasound-guided invasive procedures, and fetal echocardiography.Registered sonographers will encounter a wide range of patient diagnoses, including congenital cardiac defects and fetal growth restrictions. The facility accommodates multiple add-ons throughout the day. Sonographers are required to be certified for certain examinations and must adhere to safety guidelines, including vaccination requirements. Candidates must be prepared to discuss a possibility of a permanent position if mutually agreed upon. Travelers are only permitted to submit for one job ID at a time. RTO should be kept to a minimum, and any requests must be included in the initial submission. Floating may be required based on client policies and standards.
