Description of Work This position will be responsible for preparing and storing food for consumption by residents of the facility in accordance with sanitation standards. This is technician level work in the kitchen. This position may act as lead worker in group food preparation or may work independently under the supervision of a shift supervisor.
Normal working hours are 40 hours per week. Rotating weekends and holidays as scheduled.

LNMTC facilitates high quality skilled and intermediate nursing care throughout five Nursing Unit Floors that operates 24 hours seven days a week, with 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts.
