A prestigious law firm in Miami is seeking an experienced

Commercial Litigation Paralegal

to support a dynamic team of attorneys handling high-stakes domestic and international litigation matters. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing complex litigation from inception through trial, with a strong command of

eDiscovery platforms and protocols. Key Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of the litigation process, including document review, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation

Organize and maintain case files, litigation databases, and document management systems

Assist with large-scale eDiscovery efforts including data collection, processing, review, and production

Draft and proofread pleadings, subpoenas, discovery responses, correspondence, and trial materials

Coordinate and schedule depositions, mediations, and court appearances

Prepare and manage exhibit lists, trial binders, and witness files

Conduct factual and legal research to support case development

Communicate effectively with clients, co-counsel, vendors, and courts

Qualifications:

Minimum

5 years of commercial litigation experience

in a law firm setting

Demonstrated experience with

eDiscovery tools

(e.g., Relativity, Everlaw, Logikcull, or similar platforms)

Strong understanding of state and federal court rules and procedures

Proficiency in legal document management and timekeeping software

Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred
