Litigation Paralegal
to join its Boston office. This is a full-time hybrid role supporting a range of high-impact litigation matters, including
commercial litigation, intellectual property (IP), employment and labor law, benefits litigation, and the gaming industry . This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional with at least four years of litigation experience who is looking to advance their career within a dynamic and collaborative legal environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of litigation support for attorneys in the areas of commercial, IP, employment, labor, and gaming-related litigation Handle
electronic court filings
in state and federal courts (ECF proficiency required) Support
e-discovery
processes, including data collection, document review, and production Utilize litigation support software, including
Relativity and other web-based platforms , for case management and document review Prepare trial materials, assist with setting up trial exhibits, and manage technology in courtrooms during trial Assist with large case management, including preparing case chronologies, witness files, and trial binders Coordinate with attorneys on trial preparation logistics and maintain close communication during active trials Prepare and manage document productions and responses to discovery Provide administrative and technical support to litigation teams, ensuring quality work and adherence to deadlines Qualifications: Minimum of
4+ years of experience
as a Litigation Paralegal in a law firm setting Experience in
intellectual property litigation
and complex trial preparation strongly preferred Proficiency in
e-filing systems
for both state and federal courts Hands-on experience with
Relativity
and e-discovery protocols Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Excellent
oral and written communication
skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to
manage multiple concurrent projects
in a fast-paced environment Willingness to
