SCO Family of Services welcomes you to join our family and help us work together to carry out our mission to build a stronger tomorrow. Responsibilities: Ensure residents receive quality care in health, safety, clothing, hygiene, and meals. Establish ADL routines including house chores, room chores, wake-ups, lights-out, laundry, cooking, etc. Supervise individual and group activities such as trips, sporting events, crafts, etc. Uphold all elements of the behavior management system, including restriction system, negotiations, and confrontation techniques. Attend to the educational, vocational, health, and mental health needs of residents. Model positive behavior and address negative behavior appropriately. Support the creation of a safe, orderly environment aligned with the program's mission. Perform any other assigned tasks. Qualifications: High school diploma required.
