Responsibilities include:
Ensuring residents receive quality care in health, safety, clothing, hygiene, and meals.
Establishing ADL routines such as house chores, room chores, wake-ups, lights-out, laundry, and cooking.
Supervising individual and group activities like trips, sporting events, and crafts.
Upholding all elements of the behavior management system, including restriction systems, negotiations, and confrontation techniques.
Attending to residents' educational, vocational, health, and mental health needs.
Modeling positive behavior and addressing negative behavior appropriately.
Supporting the creation of a safe, orderly, and caring environment.
Performing any other assigned tasks.

Qualifications - External
High school diploma required.
Three years of experience working with adolescents.
