We are seeking a skilled and motivated
HVAC Installation & Service Technician
to join a growing team. In this role, you'll install, maintain, and service residential and light commercial HVAC systems. If you are detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service, this is a great opportunity to advance your career.
Key Responsibilities Install and service HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related components Read and interpret blueprints, installation manuals, and technical specifications Measure, cut, assemble, and install ductwork and piping systems Perform system start-ups, testing, and commissioning to ensure proper operation Ensure compliance with local codes, manufacturer guidelines, and company standards Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites and company vehicles Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members Accurately complete service reports, job documentation, and paperwork Mentor apprentices and contribute to team training and development Participate in ongoing technical and safety training programs Qualifications 2+ years of HVAC installation or service experience preferred (apprentice roles available for entry-level candidates) EPA Section 608 Certification (or ability to obtain) Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in confined spaces (attics, basements, crawl spaces) Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with HVAC tools and installation practices Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills Ability to work independently as well as within a team Preferred:
NATE certification or other industry credentials Experience with both residential and light commercial HVAC systems Sheet metal fabrication skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary: $60,000 - $70,000 depending on experience and certifications Career advancement opportunities and certification support Hands-on experience with a wide range of HVAC systems and projects
