- We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft 365 Suite Engineering Tech Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the comprehensive Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint, Mail/Exchange, Mail Routing, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP). This position demands an in-depth understanding of Microsoft 365 technologies and the capability to lead a team of engineers in delivering top-quality solutions Key Accountabilities/Deliverables: Lead the engineering team in designing, implementing, and maintaining the full Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint, Mail/Exchange, Teams, Power Platform, Copilot, Mail Routing, and DLP.

Develop best practices for Microsoft 365 administration, security, and compliance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of Microsoft 365 services.

Manage mail routing and DLP policies to ensure data security and compliance.

Stay updated with the latest Microsoft 365 features and evaluate their impact on the organization.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Microsoft 365 services.

Maintain documentation for Microsoft 365 configurations, processes, and procedures.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security protocols.

Oversee project development and ensure timely delivery.

Define and implement governance models for Microsoft 365 environments.

Align platform capabilities with business strategy and long-term vision.

Evaluate platform metrics and contribute to strategic planning.

Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization. Drive digital transformation initiatives.

Technical Knowledge and Understanding: Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.

Familiarity with other Microsoft technologies such as Azure and Active Directory.

Core M365 Services including SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive.

Scripting & Automation involving PowerShell for administrative tasks and automation.

Azure integration and services.

Security and compliance policies (e.g., DLP, MFA, Conditional Access).

M365 architecture and governance.

Familiarity with Azure DevOps pipelines.

Preferably Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or equivalent certification.

Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, with a Master’s degree preferred.

Proven experience in leading engineering teams. The candidate should have over 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a technical leadership role within the Microsoft 365 suite.

Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint, Exchange, and DLP.

Strong grasp of Microsoft 365 security and compliance features.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Hands-on experience with M365 migrations and deployments.

Agile development experience.

Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale M365 solutions.

Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, MS-100, MS-101.
