Responsibilities Client Engagement: Provide personalized support and assistance to prospective and current clients, meeting their insurance needs and helping them understand our products better. Sales Target Achievement: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring targets and goals are consistently met or exceeded. Policy Guidance: Explain insurance options and financial services to clients to help them make informed decisions about their insurance coverage. Renewal Management: Coordinate renewals of existing clients' policies, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and submitted timely. Community Presence: Participate actively in community events and networking opportunities to further relationships and gain potential clients. Continuous Improvement: Remain knowledgeable on current industry developments and products to provide the latest advice to clients.

Requirements Licensing: Active insurance sales license preferred. If you do not have a current active license, one must be obtained within 90 days of employment. Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or financial services is strongly preferred. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach. Analytical Skills: Ability to assess client needs and develop suitable solutions. Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Collaboration: Capable of working effectively with team members and building lasting client relationships. Proficiency: Competence in using CRM software and other relevant tools for client management. Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Paris, Illinois area considered a benefit.
