Responsibilities Client Engagement: Connect with diverse clientele, providing personalized insurance consultations to meet their needs. Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries with positivity and offer effective solutions promptly. Sales Focused: Utilize a consultative approach to sell insurance products aligned with client's financial goals. Bilingual Communication: Leverage language skills to better serve Spanish-speaking clients and expand service reach. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients to ensure continued satisfaction and loyalty. Industry Knowledge: Stay informed of industry changes and product updates to offer clients current, accurate advice.
Requirements Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with a diverse client base. Licensing: Possession of or ability to obtain an active Illinois Property & Casualty License. Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service roles is 1 year minimum. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities in both languages. Customer Focused: A passion for meeting and exceeding customer expectations. Self-Motivated: Ability to thrive in a fully remote environment, demonstrating strong initiative and productivity. Tech Literacy: Proficient in using CRM systems and digital communication platforms. Team Collaboration: Ability to work well in a virtual team setting, fostering a sense of community and cooperation.
