IT Infrastructure Project Manager-CEMEX-USA

We are looking for IT Infrastructure Project Manager. Requirement: IT PM for mergers and acquisitions Core Project Management Skills Waterfall / Agile methodology expertise ability to apply the right framework depending on project type (infrastructure, applications, or integration). Program & portfolio management managing multiple, parallel IT projects across acquired/divested entities. Risk management identifying and mitigating IT and business risks during integration or separation. Budget & resource management controlling costs, forecasting, and aligning IT spend with deal value. M&A-Specific IT Skills IT due diligence assessing infrastructure, applications, licenses, and security posture of the target or divested entity. Systems integration planning knowledge of ERP, CRM, HRIS, and custom applications commonly impacted by M&A. Infrastructure integration WAN/LAN consolidation, cloud migration, data centers, telecom, and end-user computing. Data migration & harmonization planning secure, compliant data transfers across organizations. Technology redundancy assessment identifying duplicate systems to retire or consolidate. Business & Compliance Skills Business process alignment mapping IT capabilities to new operating models. Regulatory compliance ensuring IT meets legal, security, and privacy requirements. Cybersecurity securing systems and data during transitions, when risks are high. Vendor & contract management renegotiating IT contracts, licenses, and third-party services. Change & Stakeholder Management Executive communication presenting IT implications of M&A to C-suite and deal teams. Cross-functional leadership coordinating with Finance, HR, Legal, and Operations. Change management ensuring smooth user adoption of new systems/processes. Conflict resolution & negotiation balancing priorities across merging organizations. Soft Skills Analytical thinking connecting business value to IT decisions. Adaptability managing uncertainty and evolving deal dynamics. Cultural sensitivity navigating organizational and regional differences during integration. Problem-solving under pressure making quick, informed decisions during critical cutover periods.
