1 week ago Be among the first 25 applicants Lead workshops to gather and document requirements for a new billing and revenue system, developing an Agile Product Backlog including Service Blueprints, end-to-end flow, features, User Stories, Development Tasks, Test Scenarios & Scripts, and RICEFs. Responsibilities include: Introducing new end-to-end business processes for Order to Cash with the new system Acting as client liaison during development and testing of billing user stories through all testing phases and Hypercare Serving as Subject Matter Expert for implementation-specific processes and procedures Leading functional system testing and supporting User Acceptance Testing Creating user readiness documentation and leading user training workshops Designing and performing integration testing to support business process transformation Providing SAP-BRIM functional support post go-live and conducting root cause analysis for defects Supporting billing validation analysis for data migration accuracy Maintaining relationships with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and clients Participating in project activities related to enterprise systems and working independently to complete assigned tasks Following all PTC standards, policies, and procedures and utilizing relevant software tools Skills and Experience required: 8+ years in Billing and SAP BRIM implementation projects 4-year degree 5+ years as SAP-BRIM systems expert in high-volume, consumption-based billing 5+ years in end-to-end Order-to-Cash process design and implementation Experience leading requirement workshops and writing functional specifications for SAP-BRIM/FICA projects Hands-on configuration experience with SAP-BRIM CC, CM, CI, and FICA Experience with automation testing for SAP-BRIM implementations Knowledge of Agile and waterfall project methodologies Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft ADO Testing Understanding of ITIL/ITSM practices Additional Details
