Global Transaction Advisory Group (TAG) TAG is a subsidiary of A&M, specializing in providing global leadership and advisory services, including financial and accounting due diligence, capital markets, ESG advisory, and other M&A services for private equity, hedge funds, sovereign wealth, family offices, and corporate clients worldwide.

We are expanding our team in multiple U.S. cities and seek an Associate to join us. Your role will involve working on buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, assessing earnings quality, analyzing cash flows, and engaging with management teams to support transaction decisions.

Responsibilities include:

Assist with financial due diligence, identifying risks and evaluating transaction potential.

Analyze financial statements and operational data to inform discussions and decisions.

Assess earnings quality, net assets, and cash flows.

Prepare reports and presentations highlighting key findings and strategic insights.

Participate in meetings with management and clients, serving as a communication point.

Build and maintain client relationships and support business development.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of audit experience at a top accounting firm, with at least 1 year in financial due diligence preferred.

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting or related field.

CPA or in process of obtaining one.

Knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting.

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.

Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.

The base salary is $100,000 annually, plus discretionary bonuses and comprehensive benefits including healthcare, 401(k), and wellness programs.
