We focus on EMobility, Energy Storage, Solar, Wind, Hydrogen & Clean Fuels, Energy Efficiency, Sustainability, and Grid Edge sectors. With over 10 years of industry experience and a presence in NYC, Miami, Austin, and LA, we have a proven track record of market development with a focused search approach. This role offers an opportunity to develop our existing Professional Services arm, focusing on consultancy, feasibility studies, project management, and technical support within renewables and the built environment industries. Located in Santa Monica, LA, our office offers a vibrant environment with beach views, active lifestyle amenities, and a diverse community of professionals and office dogs. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute long-term growth strategies for the LA office. Expand market share in Professional Services & Clean Energy staffing sectors. Build and enhance brand reputation in the US market. Lead, mentor, and develop recruitment teams. Drive business development and client relationships. Oversee sales targets and team performance. Stay ahead of market trends and promote the brand at industry events. Qualifications

5+ years in staffing, ideally in PS / Renewables sectors. Proven leadership in managing high-performing teams. Strong business development skills. Experience managing managers. Knowledge of US recruitment market dynamics, especially in technology. Results-oriented, collaborative, adaptable. What We Offer

Base salary: $70,000 - $120,000 (depending on experience and revenue generation). 401k with match. Equity through Employee Ownership Trust (EOT).
