Business Development Recruitment Associate
This range is provided by LHi Group. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr. Responsibilities
Operate as a professional matchmaker between top companies and top talent within a niche STEM market.
High volume lead generation by cold outreach (calls, emails, messaging, networking) with both candidates and clients.
Set daily, weekly and monthly KPI targets alongside manager and team to reach revenue goals.
Negotiate contract, salary and benefit expectations amongst candidates and clients; consult both sides on market trends.
Create and develop relationships with new and existing clients through various channels (cold calling, job boards, LinkedIn, networking).
Become a Market Specialist by researching a niche industry and mapping competitors to expand your network, job platform, and client/candidate base.
Provide consultancy to clients and candidates, managing expectations through the interview process and gathering feedback.
Source active and passive candidates and clients; be proactive in building relationships.
Qualifications
A sales-hungry individual motivated by success and development; previous sales experience is favorable. This role is not HR or Talent Acquisition.
Strong communicator, able to engage quickly and effectively.
Excited about a phone-based role and a competitive culture.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly and over time.
Proactive work ethic and eagerness to learn in an unfamiliar space; willing to step out of your comfort zone.
Ready to meet number-based targets and embrace challenges.
Adherence to a collaborative, high-energy, and hard-working culture.
The Perks
Base salary of $50,000 with a starting guarantee of an additional $10,000 base paid biweekly during training; uncapped commission and bonuses to earn over 70-80K in the first year.
