Supported by 70+ colleagues across 4 US locations, with over 10 years of experience in markets like Future Mobility, Sustainability, CleanTech, and Energy Trading, this role offers the chance to develop our existing Professional Services arm, focusing on consultancy, feasibility studies, project management, and technical support within renewables and the built environment industries. Office Location: LA (Santa Monica) – a vibrant area near Venice Beach, perfect for an active lifestyle, with amenities, views, and a lively community. Could You Be Our Next US Leader?
Develop and execute a long-term growth strategy for the LA office. Identify opportunities to expand market share in the Professional Services & Clean Energy staffing sector. Build and enhance the Piper Maddox brand in the US market. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruitment consultants and managers. Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and innovative culture. Recruit and onboard top talent. Drive sales and revenue growth through business development. Manage sales targets, KPIs, and team performance. Develop strategies to acquire new clients and strengthen existing partnerships. Stay ahead of market trends and serve as a thought leader. Collaborate with global offices to ensure operational excellence. What We’re Looking For
5+ years in staffing, ideally in PS/Renewables sectors. Proven success in growing and managing high-performing teams. Strong business development skills. Experience managing managers. Leadership, motivation, and strategic planning abilities. Expertise in US recruitment market dynamics, especially in technology. Results-driven, relationship-oriented, adaptable. What We Offer
