Match top talent with leading companies within a niche market Generate leads via cold outreach (calls, emails, networking) Set and achieve KPIs to meet revenue goals Negotiate contracts and expectations with candidates and clients Develop relationships through various outreach methods Become a market expert by researching and networking within the industry Manage expectations and guide clients and candidates through the recruitment process Proactively source active and passive candidates and clients Perks
