We are seeking a highly organized and discreet

Personal Assistant (PA)

to provide personalized administrative and organizational support. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle a variety of tasks efficiently and maintain confidentiality in all matters. The ideal candidate is resourceful, flexible, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact between the manager/executive and internal/external stakeholders. Manage daily schedules, calendars, and appointments. Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, transportation). Handle correspondence (emails, calls, letters) and draft documents as needed. Run errands and manage personal tasks such as shopping, reservations, and household coordination. Maintain confidential files and contact databases. Monitor and manage budgets, invoices, and expense reports. Coordinate with other staff and service providers (housekeepers, drivers, contractors, etc.). Assist with special projects, both personal and professional. Anticipate needs and proactively offer solutions. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or related field is a plus. Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and scheduling tools. High level of discretion and confidentiality. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Flexible, dependable, and detail-oriented. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of booking and travel platforms. Tech-savvy with ability to manage virtual meetings and digital tools. Experience working with high-level executives or individuals.
