Gastroenterology Locums Job in Utah 24-Hour Call Select Dates January-March and Ongoing Coverage Starting in April Assignment
Coverage Needed:
January 2026 - 5 days
February 2026 - 5 days
March 2026 - 5 days
Ongoing dates starting April 2026 - Total of 7 shifts per month
Shift Description:
24-hour call at two sites
7am - 7am
Requirements:
EGD and Colonoscopy - 30 mins
PEG Tube Placements - 1 hour
Double Balloon Enteroscopy/Push Enteroscopy
Board Certified
Gastro fellowship
Must be licensed in Utah
BLS and DEA certified (will consider transferred DEA - must keep it for the duration of the assignment)
Assignment Details:
Trauma Level III
EMR: Epic
Support staff: MA, RN, Echo Tech, Lab Tech, Nuclear Tech, X-ray Tech
Anesthesia support in OR
Procedures per shift: 4-5
Credentialing timeframe: 60 days
