Responsibilities

• Lead drafting and negotiating definitive agreements, performing due diligence, and managing and closing venture capital and other investment transactions.
• Collaborate with and manage teams consisting of other company in-house attorneys, company personnel, and outside advisors (including outside counsel) on company Ventures and investment matters.
• Advise and work closely with a variety of key stakeholders, including senior executives, company Ventures, Risk, Compliance, Treasury, Tax, Accounting, Investor Relations, Communications, HR, and business functions.
